I start new routines strong but usually fall off after 1–2 weeks. My evenings/weekends disappear into phone/YouTube/social media. I can’t stay consistent with training/movement. I’m juggling too many goals and feel overwhelmed. I’ve tried habit apps/journals and nothing sticks.
